https://tools.datasole.cloud ("Data Sole Images", "we", "us") is operated by Skydatasol Ltd, part of Skydatasol Holdings Plc. By purchasing or downloading from this site you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell preconfigured operating-system images. Each product page describes the image, its version, format and size. Images are provided for deployment on cloud or virtualisation platforms.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by NowPayments; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised or confirmed on-chain, at which point your download becomes available in your account.
4. Licence to use images
On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and deploy the purchased image for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the image itself. Third-party software within an image remains subject to its own licence terms, which you must comply with.
5. Downloads
Downloads are delivered through your account via private, time-limited links. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please do not share download links.
6. Warranties & liability
Images are built hardened, patched at capture and verified to boot, but are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of an image is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Legal notices: legal@skydatasol.com.
